Issue of Equity


The Company announces that at a board meeting held today it issued and allotted
2,778,400 ordinary shares of 1p each at an issue price of 5.2875 pence per share
representing 5 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
These shares have been issued to funds managed by Union Investment Management
Limited.


Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admission
of the new ordinary shares to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
