Medical Solutions plc (the "Company") yesterday received notification from Texas
Holdings Limited ("Texas Holdings") that, as at 27 January 2004, Texas Holdings
held less than 2,600,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company and therefore
no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
