and automotive telematics including a new version of its Simply
Blue module enabling audio applications. WHEN: November 9-10, 2004
DEMOS: -- Simply Blue - Audio National's newest version of the
Simply Blue Bluetooth(R) module simplifies cable replacement
designs and now also supports audio. The demo shows how Simply Blue
can be added to handsets, PDAs and similar products to enable
Bluetooth headset and dial-up-networking with a minimum of host
product intrusion. -- Hands-Free Car Kits Products from well-known
OEMs show the latest in in-vehicle wireless connectivity using a
customizable platform based on a turnkey Bluetooth development
environment. The platform includes all the software, hardware,
tools and support to ensure quick and easy design-in of customized
hands-free products. -- Bluetooth Hi-Fi Stereo Headset A reference
design for a stereo headset contains the LMX5452 Bluetooth 1.2
micro-module to demonstrate high quality audio streaming. The
reference design, as well as a complete ODM product, is available
from National's design and manufacturing partners. -- Bluetooth
Personal Area Networking A Bluetooth personal area network connects
a variety of products including a laptop, camera/phone, printer and
data collecting equipment. -- Bluetooth Showcase A showcase of
National's wireless connectivity products includes Simply Blue
modules, Bluetooth adapters, car kits and the Injectoclean
automotive diagnostic product, recently recognized by Motor
Magazine as one of its "top 20 tools that defy convention."
