(NASDAQ:DFIB), a leading manufacturer of life-saving automatic public access defibrillators (AEDs), today announced that the Nevada cities of Reno and Sparks and the Washoe County Sheriff's Department, which patrols the adjoining area, have selected the Cardiac Science Powerheart G3 AED for deployment in their police cars and high profile public facilities. The three groups joined forces and used a federal grant to make their initial purchase of 86 Cardiac Science AEDs.
