The solution will be implemented by local Epicor partner Intercol.

Before selecting Epicor, National Food Industries looked at all the vendors on the market, including global and local organizations. They shortlisted three suitable vendors and outlined detailed specifications with questions about pricing, functionality, support, and local implementation success, and then scored each vendor against these criteria. "We also visited local customers to see the various systems in operation and made our final decision based on the scoring and the real-life experiences of the customers. Epicor came out on top," said Piyush Mahesh. "We have been using another system for a number of years but their latest version is just not able to cope with the business challenges we currently face in manufacturing and field distribution."
