Utility System Selects EasyLink for Voice Notifications Service

in the Eastern United States has selected EasyLink's Voice and SMS
Notifications Service for emergency notifications.
In the event of inclement or dangerous weather conditions,
EasyLink Voice Notifications allows the utility system to reach its
customer base of over one million within 24 hours or less with
emergency notifications and instructions. EasyLink's Voice
Notifications service tracks and reports message delivery rates,
and enables the utility the ability to change or add messages as
frequently as required based on changes in local weather conditions
with no limits on system scalability.
EasyLink Notifications Service is a cloud-based service that
allows customers to setup and trigger interactive voice, email,
SMS, and fax messages for a multitude of business applications
including alerts, reminders, delivery notifications, status changes
and collections through a simple web interface. Customers have
the ability to view message delivery details in near-real time.
