Other Events.

On February 13, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $1.70 per share on the Company’s common stock. Such dividend shall be payable on March 4, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 24, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
