Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Mr. Wilder exercised 8,200 Incentive Stock Options as part of a cashless exercise whereby 2,704 shares were exchanged as payment for such options, netting an increase of 5,496 shares.
(2)	On August 6, 2019, Mr. Wilder transferred 31,898 shares to his accounting partner pursuant to a pre-existing arrangement. Mr. Wilder did not receive any consideration for such transfer.
