Appoints Fred Brown Executive Vice President for Acquisitions and Development CLEARWATER, Fla., April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Land Lease, Inc. announced the appointment of Fred Brown as Executive Vice President for Acquisitions and Development. American Land Lease, Inc. announced that Mr. Fred Brown has joined the Company as its Executive Vice President for Acquisitions and Development. Mr. Brown reports to Bob Blatz, President and Chief Operating Officer. Bob Blatz, President of ANL, said, "Fred brings to the American Land Lease team an extensive knowledge of community and residential subdivision planning and site selection. His previous experience includes work as a principal with Infrastructure Construction Management, Inc.; as the Corporate Vice President - Land Acquisition & Development for Leisure Technology, Inc. (a national developer of master planned retirement communities); and as Vice President - Land Acquisition for Marlborough Development Corp. (a regional residential developer/builder). Mr. Brown holds a Civil Engineering Degree from Northern Arizona University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
