GLOW COMMUNICATIONS PLC

Glow Communications plc ("Glow") have issued notice to Shareholders of an 
Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") to be held on 17th October 2003 together 
with notice to Warrantholders of a General Meeting also to be held on 17th 
October 2003 following the EGM.

Glow will seek Shareholders and Warrantholders approval to extend the period 
of the Warrants issued on 19th October 2000 for a further 18 months to expire 
on 18th April 2005. All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same.
