AHL Ameriplas Holdings Ltd

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (TSX VENURE: AHL) announces that it will be late in filing its annual audited financial statements and the related management discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2007. As a result, the Company will also be late in filing its interim financial statements and the related management discussion and analysis for the three months ended February 29, 2008. The Company anticipates filing the year-end financial statements in early May 2008.

The Board of Directors would also like to thank Mr. Mark T. Brown who has been a Director of the Company since it became publicly listed in 1999. Mr. Brown, who came on as a director as a result of the qualifying transaction to list Ameriplas on the TSX Venture Exchange in 1999, has assisted the Company since that time and has stepped down as a Director effective March 17, 2008.

AMERIPLAS OPERATIONS

Ameriplas has been in the business of manufacturing plastic preforms for the Canadian and U.S. water and soft drinks bottling industry since December 1999. Preforms are sold to beverage companies that heat and blow them into the form of bottles used for their beverages. PET preforms are used industry wide in the production of plastic beverage containers to avoid the costs and difficulties of shipping bulky plastic bottles. A primary use of these bottles is for bottled water, which is the fastest growing segment of the beverage industry. Other uses include soft drinks, sports drinks and beer.
