Magnum Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MEN) announces that, subject to regulatory
approval, 100,000 options have been granted to an officer of the Company,
exercisable at a price of $0.34 per share for a period of five years from the
date of grant. The options have been granted in accordance with the Company's
stock option plan.
