(“Company”) today announced a multi-year agreement to become an
Authorized Gaming Operator of Major League Baseball (“MLB”),
providing the Company with immediate access to Official MLB Data,
league marks, and logos for its mobile sports betting app, theScore
Bet.

licenses and approvals, theScore Bet (iOS and Android) has been
uniquely integrated with theScore’s highly-popular sports news and
scores app (iOS and Android) to deliver a holistic media and gaming
experience.
