TORONTO, Oct. 22, 2021 /CNW/ - Amilot Capital
Inc. (TSXV: TOM) (the "Company" or "Amilot"), announces
that effective at the opening of markets on October 22, 2021, the Company's stock exchange
listing will be transferred to NEX as a result of the Company being
unable to meet the Tier 2 continued listing requirements of the TSX
Venture Exchange. The Company's classification has changed from
Tier 2 to NEX and its trading symbol has changed from TOM to
TOM.H.

Marmato/Caramanta district in the Caldas and Antioquia Departments
