Axis Bank Ltd. (AXBKY) said Tuesday that Chief Risk Officer Shri Cyril Anand has retired and will be replaced by Shri Amit Talgeri.

Mr. Talgeri's appointment carries a term of three years starting Jan. 1.

The Indian bank also said it appointed Naveen Tahilyani as group executive, head banking operations and transformation, starting Jan. 6. Mr. Tahilyani will lead operations, technology, strategy, and analytics units.
