Income from operations for the three months ended August 31, 2024, is estimated to be approximately $37,000, compared with loss from operations of $176,784 for the three months ended August 31, 2023. Revenues and gross profit for the three months ended August 31, 2024, are estimated to be approximately $179,000 and $171,000, respectively, compared with $72,821 and $64,001, respectively, for the three months ended August 31, 2023. Total operating expenses for the three months ended August 31, 2024, are estimated to be approximately $133,000, compared with $240,785 for the three months ended August 31, 2023. Operating expenses were affected principally by substantial decreases in all of the components thereof, most significantly, contract labor and professional fees.
