LONDON--CPPGroup PLC (CPP.LN), a provider of life assistance products and services, said Thursday that Everything Everywhere has now confirmed that it will not be renewing the Group's contract with T-Mobile for the provision of mobile phone insurance.

MAIN FACTS:

-As previously announced, this will result in reduced revenue in 2012 and beyond but does not have an immediate material impact on the Group's operating profit and cash flows for 2012 and 2013.

-CPPGroup shares at 1305 GMT down 1.0 pence, or 8.8%, at 7.3 pence, valuing the company at GBP13.7 million.
