Company to Begin Trading Under Stock Symbol "CSOL" LOS ANGELES and
BEIJING, Nov. 5 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Deli Solar (USA),
Inc. (OTC:DLSL) (BULLETIN BOARD: DLSL) , a premier seller and
distributor of solar water heaters, renewable energy solutions, and
space heating devices in the People's Republic of China (the
"PRC"), today announced its new company name, China Solar &
Clean Energy Solutions, Inc. The goal of this name change is to
better align the Company's corporate and service brand identities.
As the result of the Company's name change, effective Nov 5, 2007,
its trading symbol will change to CSOL from DLSL. "We are excited
to introduce our new name, China Solar & Clean Energy
Solutions, Inc. which complements our business strategy of becoming
a fully integrated clean technology and renewable energy solutions
provider for business, industrial and residential customers

heat recovery technology to recycle energy and improve efficiency
