Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 7, 2023, THE HEALING COMPANY INC. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of biotech entrepreneurs and investors, Dr. Linda Friedland and Dr. Peter Kash, to the Company’s advisory board.
On August 24, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing a strategic partnership with Althea DRF Lifesciences.
A copy of each of these two press releases is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively. The press releases furnished in this report shall not be deemed to be “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
