Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms (the "Final Terms") are available for viewing:

Final Terms for National Gas Transmission PLC's £300,000,000 5.500 per cent. Instruments due 4 February 2034 (the "Instruments") pursuant to the base prospectus dated 13 December 2024 (the "Prospectus") in connection with the National Gas Transmission PLC Euro 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.

The Final Terms for the Instruments contain the final terms of the Instruments. The Final Terms of the Instruments must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
