Introduction

Skipton Building Society (the Society) published its Annual Report on 1 March 2017 and accordingly is submitting its AIU to the UK Listing Authority as required under Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I No 324 of 2005) and in accordance with paragraph 5.2 of the Prospectus Rules. The Society is publishing the AIU via an RIS today.
