Sale of Retained Bonds

Further to a notice issued in February 2016 indicating its intention to sell Bonds, Affordable Housing Finance Plc announces that it has sold GBP8.5 million in principal amount of its 3.80% Guaranteed Secured Bonds.

In accordance with the provisions of the trust deed dated 30 May 2014 (as amended and supplemented) which constitutes and secures the Bonds (the "Trust Deed") the Bonds that have been sold were Retained Bonds as detailed in the Offering Circular dated 16 March 2015

Following the sale, Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of

GBP600,900,000 remain in issue. No further amounts are Retained Bonds held by or for the account of Affordable Housing Finance Plc.
