The Board of Directors of Tiszai Vegyi Kombinat Rt. had its ordinary meeting on
November 19, 1997

Among other things, the Meeting decided on building a 140 Kt/y capacity
polypropylene plant at a total cost of about HUF 23 billion.  The Board of
Directors instructed the Management to complete the project so that the Plant
can start operation at the end of 1999.
