Ms. Farah is also a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, together with Mr Lim Tian Huat and on the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee, together with Mr Lim Tian Huat and Mr Marcus Chan Jau Chwen.

Mr. Jonathan Law, the Chairman, and Dato' John Lim, the Executive Director, have resigned from the abovementioned committees in line with the UK corporate governance code.

There are no additional matters that would require additional disclosure under Listing Rules 9.6.13R in respect of Ms. Farah Suhanah Tun Ahmad Sarji.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to welcome Ms. Farah to the Board of AEP.
