   Approval of Disposal 
 
   African Eagle is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement 
of 22 July 2013, the Ministry of Energy and Minerals in Tanzania has 
advised that its consent is not required in connection with the Disposal, 
and accordingly, Blackdown Resources (UK) Limited agreed to waive this 
condition precedent to completion of the Disposal. As a result, 
completion of the Disposal took place today. 
 
   In addition, the Company has adopted its new Investing Policy as set out 
in the circular sent to shareholders on 5 July 2013. 
 
   Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those 
in the Circular to Shareholders, dated 5 July 2013.
