Action Hotels, the leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia announces that is has been notified that Sheikha Dr. Souad Al-Sabah, in her capacity as a closely associated person to Non Executive Chairman Sheikh Mubarak A. M. Al-Sabah, purchased 11,100 Action Hotels ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 December 2016 at a price of 52.57p per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction Sheikha Dr. Souad Al-Sabah is interested in 870,011 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.59 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
