The Board of Directors at its meeting held today has approved payment of interim
dividend at the rate of Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.  The record
date for the purpose of payment of the interim dividend would be 3rd August
2007. The dividend will be paid on and from 14th August 2007.
