The Company announces that on 26 March 2009 it repurchased 400,000 ordinary 
shares for cancellation at a price of 44.50 pence per share. Following the 
purchase and cancellation of the shares, 18,465,833 ordinary shares of 25p each 
will remain in issue. 
 
 
The above figure of 18,465,833 may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
