Appointment of an Administrator

Further to the announcement on 21 February 2013, Angel Mining Plc, regrets to announce that it has appointed Andrew Beckingham and Stephen Cork of Cork Gully LLP as Joint administrators to the Company.

Suspension from Trading on AIM

Shares in the Company will continue to be suspended from trading on AIM until further notice.

Further updates will be provided to shareholders as soon as possible.
