Mr Lomholt-Thomsen exercised options over 7,207 shares under the AVEVA Group Senior Employee Restricted Share Plan 2015 at an exercise price of 3(5) /(9) pence per share. He sold 3,604 shares at a price of GBP29.40 per share and retained the remaining 3,603 ordinary shares.
