Exercise of SAYE Options by Director / other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (together "PDMRs")

Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 4 August 2016 the following Director exercised the option to purchase ordinary shares under the 2013 Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE Scheme").
