ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for the admission to the
Official List of the London Stock Exchange of 125,000 new
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"),
pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's
Executive Share Option Scheme.

The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's
existing issued ordinary share and dealings are expected
to commence on 27 October 1999.
