                               Exercise of option


The Company announces that, following the exercise of an option, it has issued
and allotted 100,000 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each. Application has been made
for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on the AIM market of London
Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on 11 April 2006.  The new
Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company.
