Application  has been made for the blocklisting of 2,854,665 new ordinary shares 
of 1p each to cover future exercises of warrants. 
 
These  shares will  not be  allotted immediately  but upon  receipt of notice of 
exercise.  Once issued,  the new  ordinary shares  will rank  pari passu  in all 
respects with the Company's existing shares.
