The Company announces that it was notified on 10 October 2016
that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the
Company, gifted 12,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Anna Widlund, on 10
October 2016.
Following the above transaction, Mr Widlund's interest in the
number of Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 22,149 Ordinary
Shares (0.05%).
