The Company was notified on 03 July 2018 that, on the same day, Andrew Hosty, a PDMR of the Company and a Director Designate, bought 500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1450.0p per Share.

As a result, Andrew Hosty's beneficial interest in the Company has increased by 500 Shares.
