James Cropper plc (AIM: CRPR), a global market leader in advanced materials, luxury packaging and paper products , announces that James Gravestock, Managing Director for Technical Fibres and Future Energy, informed the Board on 23 November 2023 of his intention to stand down as a Director to pursue another opportunity outside the Company. James will remain with the Group for a period to enable a smooth transition and a process has been commenced to identify a successor.

Steve Adams, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
