Resolutions
At the Annual General Meeting of Dialight plc (the Company) held
at and broadcast from Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool
Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW on Tuesday, 16 May 2023 at
16:30, all resolutions were voted on by poll and were passed by
shareholders .
