London, 13 May 2019 - Energean Oil and Gas plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: ), the oil and gas producer focused on the Mediterranean, is pleased to announce that its Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated Form of Proxy, together with its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, have been distributed to its shareholders.

The Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at the o ces of White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1DW on Thursday 13 June 2019 at 11:00 a.m. (BST).

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
