DIRECTOR / PDMR Shareholding
London, 11 September 2023 - Notification of Transactions of
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in respect
of the release of shares which vested on 6 September 2021 under the
Company's Long Term Incentive Plan relating to the period 2018-2021
(the "LTIP") and that have been subject to a 2-year holding period.
The release of shares for the LTIP includes dividend equivalent
shares in respect of the interim dividends announced by the Company
on 8 September 2022, 17 November 2022, 9 February 2023 and 18 May
2023 and paid on 30 September 2022, 30 December 2022, 30 March 2023
and 30 June 2023 respectively (the "Interim Dividends"), and the
sale of sufficient shares to cover income tax and national
insurance liabilities with the balance being retained as laid out
in the table below:
