            Grant of Awards under the 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan





Entelos Inc. (the "Company") today announces that, in aggregate, 5,113,811 nil
cost share awards have been granted to the Executive Directors and senior
managers of the Company pursuant to the 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan. Of this
number, 1,330,771 awards have been granted to James Karis (President and Chief
Executive Officer) and 949,123 awards have been granted to Alan Blazei (Chief
Financial Officer).



The shares subject to the LTIP awards will be released in accordance with the
terms of the LTIP to the Executive Directors and senior employees subject to
their continued employment and the satisfaction of objective performance
conditions.
