The board was informed today that Roger Barnett, the Managing Director of the
company, today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of Feedback plc at a price of
8.75 pence per share.

Following this purchase Mr Barnett holds 33, 993 ordinary shares of Feedback
plc, representing approximately 0.28% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
