Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Good Energy Group PLC (AIM: GOOD),
the 100% renewable electricity supplier and innovative energy
services provider, announces that on 19 June 2024 it granted
options in respect of up to 405,313 ordinary shares of £0.05 each
in the Company ("New
Options") under the Company's share option
scheme.
The New Options are subject to
performance conditions. The performance conditions are related to
the delivery of profit together with growth in the Company's energy
services offering and the maintenance of high quality customer
service.
New Options have been granted to,
amongst others, the following individuals whom the Company
considers to be persons discharging managerial
responsibility:

In accordance with the rules of the
Company's share option scheme, the exercise price has been
calculated to be not less than 85% of the mid-market closing price
on the dealing day immediately preceding the grant date.
