Directorate Change
Hochschild Mining plc announces that Enrico Bombieri has stated
his intention to step down from the Board on 31 December 2017.
The Company intends to appoint Michael Rawlinson, who has served
as a Non-Executive Director since January 2016, to succeed Enrico
as the Senior Independent Director. This will be formally approved
by the Board later in the year.
Further information with regards to the membership of the
Board's committees will be announced in due course.
Eduardo Hochschild, Chairman said:

contribution to the Company since 2012 and the dedication with
which he has served as Senior Independent Director."
Following Enrico Bombieri's retirement, the Board will comprise
the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer and five independent
Non-Executive Directors.
