Hargreaves Services plc (AIM:
HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and
property sectors, announces that, on 27 August 2024, Stephen Barker
(a PDMR) sold 3,324 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at 602.0 pence each.
Mr Barker immediately purchased 3,313 Ordinary Shares into an
ISA at 603.0 pence each.
Following these
transactions, Stephen Barker's interest in the Company,
including his connected persons' interests, is 26,249 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued
Ordinary Shares.
