Portfolio update

Juridica, the leading provider of strategic capital for corporate legal claims, provides the following portfolio update.

Case 5009-S, which involved a theft of trade secret dispute brought by a smaller plaintiff against a much larger company, has completed a trial by jury. In spite of a full win on liability the jury only awarded an amount which will result in a return to the Company of approximately US$2.0 million. This compares with an original investment of US$ 3.5 million and the case valuation of US$ 9.4 million in the net asset value at 30 June 2015.

The plaintiff and its advisers are considering whether there are grounds to appeal the low damages.
