Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the international, fully integrated wealth and investment management group, announces that Jonathan Massing, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Kingswood Holdings Limited, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 13(th) October 2023 at prices between 14-16 pence per ordinary share.

Following this purchase, Jonathan Massing holds 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Jonathan also holds 144,125,262 shares through KPI Nominees Ltd, in which he and Gary Wilder both have a beneficial shareholding, representing approximately 66% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital
