                               Director dealings

On 21 May 2007, Geoff McMillan, Chairman of Maelor, informed the Company that he
had transferred 250,000 10p ordinary shares to his wife, Mrs L.A. McMillan on 18
May 2007.

Following the transfer of ordinary shares, Mr McMillan's beneficial interest
remains unchanged at 850,000 10p ordinary shares in the Company (approximately
0.7% of the issued ordinary share capital).
