PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES 
 
The Company announces that on 9 April 2010 it purchased 2,265 ordinary shares 
for cancellation. The price paid was 67.0p per ordinary share. 
 
Following the cancellation of these shares there are 37,447,908 ordinary shares
