National World plc announces that,
on 6 February 2024, Mark Hollinshead, Chief Operating Officer and a
person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold
2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 16.0p per Ordinary Share, in part to cover the remaining
related costs and associated taxes in connection with the exercise
of options over 3,799,009 Ordinary Shares issued in
2023.
Following the sale, Mark
Hollinshead, now has a total beneficial interest in 1,471,278
Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.55 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
